Mass Effect 3 Challenges
Operation: Put more stuff in the thing more stuff goes in
All classes allowed
Tried to use power while it is in cooldown: Take 1 drink
Killed the Atlas with a missile: Take 3 drinks
Killed the Atlas without a missile: Take 1 drink
Each time you reload/use a thermal clip, Ops pack, or medigel: Take 1 drink
If you go down: Take 1 drink
If you die: Take X drinks up to the number of rounds you’re up to (Ex. Die in wave 5, take 5 drinks) 
If mission failure: Take 1 drink for each wave successfully completed
If your squad makes it through extraction, you are either bad-ass and/or a krogan: Take 1 drink
If you manage to make it through the mission with only taking the celebratory successful extraction drink: Down your entire drink

Operation: Hide-and-Seek! The Infiltrator Challenge
Entire squad is Infiltrator class
At the start of the first wave everyone scrambles for a “hiding” place
Hiding place cannot be within visual range of another’s hiding spot
Must remain stationary in that cover for the rest of the game
All powers / weapons / items allowed (with except of medigel)
No self-resurrection. When you die you’re “found” and have lost the game
Last one to be found wins

  • Entire squad is Infiltrator class
  • At the start of the first wave everyone scrambles for a “hiding” place
  • Hiding place cannot be within visual range of another’s hiding spot
  • Must remain stationary in that cover for the rest of the game
  • All powers / weapons / items allowed (with except of medigel)
  • No self-resurrection. When you die you’re “found” and have lost the game
  • Last one to be found wins

Operation: Biotic Detonation

  • Classes allowed: Adept, Vanguard, Sentinel
  • No weapons
  • Choose One (1) Biotic Power to use
  • Only Heavy melee allowed, no light melee
  • Combine forces for best effect

Operation: Scoped and Dropped!

  • Any class
  • No powers
  • Most head-shots and/or kills wins
  • Allowed weapons:
    • Sniper rifles
    • Heavy pistols with scope attachment
  • Optional:
    • No calibrations allowed (i.e. No buffs to equipment)

Operation: The Panicked Civilian

  • Any class
  • No weapons
  • No powers
  • No heavy melee
  • No self-reviving
  • Regular melee attacks are ok
  • Last one standing wins

The Vanguard Challenge
Entire squad is Vanguard class
Not allowed to use any weapons on enemies
The only way to kill enemies is with Biotic Charge or melee (regular or heavy)
No armor or power buffs
Must continually search out enemies
Can use medigel to self-revive
Person who kills the most enemies wins
Optional:Not allowed to revive fallen squadmates
Last one to fall wins in case of mission failure
